My name is Dane, and I started NZ Rugby Experience because I love rugby — and I love travelling.
Rugby has opened doors for me all over the world. It’s helped me meet incredible people, experience rich cultures, and grow personally and professionally. I believe in the power of rugby to teach life lessons that extend far beyond the field.
Together with my home club, Johnsonville Rugby, we’ve created an experience that gives young men from the US and Canada the chance to step confidently into the wider world — through the lens of rugby.
This isn’t just about training. It’s about connection, adventure, and giving back to the local rugby community in New Zealand. A portion of every registration goes toward supporting grassroots clubs, youth teams, and community development in the areas we visit.
